Les Cabanes de Rensiwez offers you good food concocted by a local chef. Gilles Poncin proposes you a seasonal cooking realized with a great concern of authenticity and a respect of the product. Trio of verrines

Beef gravelax Japanese style.
Parma mousse and beetroot chips.
Grilled aubergine, mascarpone and red tuna.

Starters

Slice of home-made foie gras with Jurançon, rubarb jelly, dried apple and fig with honey, brioche from the Boulangerie Philippart.
Or
Home-made smoked salmon, balsamic chantilly, lemon balls, vegetable pickles, brioche from the Boulangerie Philippart.
Or
Risotto of celeriac, cubes of sweetbreads, green asparagus and truffle oil.

Thai broth with gambas, scallop ravioli.

Chicken supreme stuffed with morels, old-fashioned purée, autumn vegetables.

Practical details:

Orders must be sent by email to info@lescabanesderensiwez.be using the 2 tables attached.

By 17/12 at the latest for the menu of 24/12

By 24/12 at the latest for the meal of 31/12.

The orders will be collected at the reception of the huts on 24/12 and 31/12 between 11:15 and 11:45.
