LES SAVEURS ETOILEES”

Les Cabanes de Rensiwez offers you good food concocted by a local chef. Gilles Poncin proposes you a seasonal cooking realized with a great concern of authenticity and a respect of the product. The result is a gourmet balance between local produce and culinary creativity that will delight your taste buds!

Starters

Knife-cut beef tartare, pickles of forgotten vegetables

Smoked trout fillet, old-fashioned mustard cream, pearl couscous with baby vegetables Or

Les Cocottes*

Old-fashioned hind stew, celeriac, carrots and spring onions

Chicken supreme stuffed with Ardenne ham, Orval cheese and La Chouffe brown gravy Or
