Cabanes de Rensiwez BVBA (“Cabanes de Rensiwez”) processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679) (“the GDPR”).
Purposes and basis of the processing
Cabanes de Rensiwez collects and processes personal data with a view to executing the accommodation services agreed with its clients and/or in order to respond to persons who contact Cabanes de Rensiwez to obtain information about its accommodation offer.
The processing of data is done under the following provisions of the GDPR:
6.1, b): processing necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual requests,
6.1, c): processing necessary to comply with legal obligations,
6.1, f): processing necessary for the defence of our legitimate interests.

Right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose and transmit personal data
The persons whose personal data are processed by the Cabanes de Rensiwez have the following rights:

– right to (have) their data corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete,
– right to have them deleted, to limit the processing and/or to object to the processing of their data, under the conditions referred to in Articles 17, 18 and 21 of the GDPR.
